1. How to add your child?
  • Log in.
  • Go to the +
  • Fill in my child's contact details.
  • Take a photo or browse your gallery.
2. Can I add or remove an authorized person?
  • To Add, you must ask the person to register on the application.
We, as parents, must:
  • Click on the "People" icon
    • ​Select a start and end date.
    • Enter the email address of the authorized person and click on "Search"
    • Select the person.
    • A window will appear with a question “are you sure?” Yes or no.
You have an “Authorized” tab to view all your authorized persons.
3. How do I change my information?
  • Go to the "Settings" wheel.
  • Select my information.
  • Make changes and update.
4. How do I change my child's group or school?
  • Swipe left my child's card. Push “edit” and you can change the group or school and update.
5. How do I pick up my child?
  • Log in
  • Go to the button On y va!
  • Six options
    • ​By gps (Car, Walker, Bike, Public transport)
    • Select the scheduled time and go to the "clock" button.
    • I'm here.
6. How do I change my password?
  • On the Connect Me page a forgotten password link?
  • Enter your email and you will receive an email to create a new password.
